City On A Hill began with a simple conviction: that hungry souls are not looking for a more comfortable version of the world — they are looking for God. We are a non-traditional gathering of ordinary people pursuing an extraordinary calling, together.
We meet with open Bibles, learning what it means to be the church rather than simply attend one.

Bonnie and Chris Peebles have faithfully served in ministry for over twenty-five years.
Bonnie & Chris Peebles
As pastors and missionaries, Bonnie and Chris have dedicated their lives to spreading the gospel, planting churches, and equipping believers across communities and nations. Their journey began with a deep calling to serve others and share the love of Christ.
Over the years they have pastored, led mission trips abroad, and mentored countless individuals in their walk of faith. With a heart for people and a passion for God’s Word, they continue to lead with grace, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the Kingdom of God.
We Believe…
- The Word of God. The Bible is the living Word of God and the final authority for our lives.
- Jesus Christ. The deity of Jesus Christ as the Son of God — His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death on the cross, resurrection, and glorified ascension.
- A revolutionary gospel. Jesus has given us a new identity and His authority to change lives by ministering the gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit.
- Baptism. Water baptism is an outward expression of inward transformation.
- The Holy Spirit. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in tongues, is available to every believer.
